Rapport ranks
Duplicate copies of Ugglewing raise its Rapport rank, and each rank changes its signature skill. The ladder is not evenly weighted: ranks 1 and 4 scale numbers that are already there, ranks 3 and 5 are a flat stat bump and nothing else, and ranks 2 and 6 are where the skill actually gains something new. Those two are the ones worth pulling for.
Active: Fires a piercing leaf dart at the current target, dealing 150% (ATK) Physical DMG. Each opponent hit by the leaf dart reduces the DMG dealt by 20%, down to a minimum of 40% of the original DMG.
