Upon using a Basic Attack, gain 1% ATK and Attack SPD, up to 15%.
- Stubborn
Increases DMG dealt to opponents with the Protector Trait by 15%.

Active: Pomparrot enters the Party state. While active, Basic Attacks fire fireworks, dealing 70% Physical DMG to the target and opponents within 1 hex of them. When Party state ends, fire a massive firework, dealing 270% Physical DMG to opponents on the entire battlefield and applying 33% Deep Wounds to them for 5s. Party State Attack range increases by 4 hexes, gains 50% Attack SPD, and Basic Attacks are transformed. Lasts 5s.

Rapport ranks
Duplicate copies of Pomparrot raise its Rapport rank, and each rank changes its signature skill. The ladder is not evenly weighted: ranks 1 and 4 scale numbers that are already there, ranks 3 and 5 are a flat stat bump and nothing else, and ranks 2 and 6 are where the skill actually gains something new. Those two are the ones worth pulling for.
Active: Pomparrot enters Party state. While active, Basic Attacks fire fireworks, dealing 80% (ATK) Physical DMG to the target and opponents within 1 hex of them. When Party state ends, fire a massive firework, dealing 230% (ATK) Physical DMG to opponents on the entire battlefield. Keyword: Party state: Attack range increases by 4 hexes, gains 50% Attack SPD, and Basic Attacks are transformed. Lasts 5s.
