Explorer role: The deepest role on the roster. Aspect bonuses treat it as offensive in some cases (Attack SPD under Strength) and durable in others (Max Health under Insatiability), so its scaling depends on the Aspect you build around.
Energy: Has Omnileech, which is what lets it trade damage and survivability instead of choosing one.
Dispositions
Marshalbird carries these four. Exactly one runs at a time, so this is the one thing about it you choose rather than roll for. What the rest of the roster carries is on the Dispositions reference.

Rapport ranks
Duplicate copies of Marshalbird raise its Rapport rank, and each rank changes its signature skill. The ladder is not evenly weighted: ranks 1 and 4 scale numbers that are already there, ranks 3 and 5 are a flat stat bump and nothing else, and ranks 2 and 6 are where the skill actually gains something new. Those two are the ones worth pulling for.
Active: Performs 4 consecutive attacks on the target, each dealing 90% (ATK) Physical DMG, followed by a heavy attack that deals 270% (ATK) Physical DMG.

| R5 | ATK increases by 16%. | Flat stat bump |
| R6 | The DMG dealt by the Active Skill's heavy attack is increased by 20% of the target's missing Health, and it will restore Health to Marshalbird equal to 30% of this instance of DMG. After each instance of Skill DMG dealt, applies 15% Armor Shred to the target for 8s. | New effect |
